Le Cameroun se réjouit d’organiser cette première édition du Forum des Soins de Santé Primaires et l’Institutionnalisation de la Santé Communautaire à Yaoundé, dont les travaux se tiennent au Palais des Sports de Yaoundé du 18 au 21 novembre 2024.
The National Health Development Plan (NHDP) 2021-2025 is the compass that will guide the implementation of health actions during the next five years. In order to ensure effective monitoring of planned interventions at all levels of the health pyramid, an Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (IMEP) 2021-2025 has been developed. It provides details of the monitoring and evaluation activities of the implementation of the NHDP and will allow in appropriate time, to assess the evolution of the performances achieved in the short and mid term in the health sector.
Dans la perspective d'amélioration de de la gestion des données de survaillance épidémiologique de notre pays, le présent quide a été conçu pour offrir une ressource supplémentaire aux acteurs impliqués dans la surveillance épidémilogique à tous les niveaux de la pyramide sanitaire, tant en sitaution de routine qu'en situation d'urgence sanitaire.
